Great conditions for running attracted 38 starters, given the end of the school year today this was an excellent turn out. There were 5 personal best times and 4 new starters.
We welcomed Alice and Molly James members of the running Hicks family. Also started was Michael and Lyn O’Mara from Sydney, who are on holidays at Broulee.
Katie McDonald was awarded her 30 run shirt this evening.
Kim Young backed up after her excellent performance in the Triathlon at Callala last weekend. She was third in her age group in a big step up into a longer race category.
Next Wednesday is our Christmas run and awards night. Bring a plate along to share and after the run we will begin our Christmas get together.
Broulee runners will continue each Wednesday throughout the festive season, so no excuses come along and have a run, everyone welcome.
