Great weather greeted the 59 starters for the first run of Summer. The conditions allowed the cream to come to the top as there were 9 personal best times.
We welcomed Tim Clare to the run for the first time.
There were outstanding times at the top of each event, this was particularly so in the 5 kilometre event. Daniel Beby is outstanding and Tom Wells is improving with each run and is soon to brake the 19-minute mark.
David McCann recorded his 100th run this evening. His first run was over 3.5 kilometres and was on 31 August 2011.

Our Christmas run and awards night will be held on 23 December at the usual time of 5PM. We will go for the run and then have a presentation and party after we finish.
