An excellent evening for running and of the 44 starters there were 8 personal best times. In the 2-kilometres PBs were recorded by Imogen Seidel, Tom Ireson, Gemma Issaakidis and Anna Marley.
In the 4-kilometres the improvers were Brad Turner, Louisa McAsh, Bernie Lambert, and Gillian Stapleton.
Some of our young athletes have been competing at Sydney at the NSW Cross Championships and we look forward to seeing their results.
