A day of all seasons with depressing heat followed by a wet southerly wind experience.  

The numbers were down but this did not stop Ross Hayward and family from celebrating his birthday at this evening’s run.  There were seven members of the clan to run and support him on his special day.

Next Wednesday is our Christmas run where we will acknowledge special achievements of the year and celebrate the season with friends we have made during the year. So bring a plate along and join us for a run and then some fun, everyone welcome.
