We are celebrating our 7th birthday next Wednesday everyone welcome. We will do the run then come back for a celebration. Bring a plate along and join us.
If you have been thinking about adding a run into your fitness routine please don't hesitate to come up and have a go. You are not competing against anyone else but yourself. You will be timed and then you try and better your time each week. Is a great mix of ages and personalities. Hope to see you next Wednesday.
