We celebrated our 6th birthday this week, we began by going for the run/walk first and then enjoyed a small celebration (cake included) afterwards.
A massive thank you to Mike and Robyn Kennedy for their amazing foresight in to starting up the club and their continued support and friendship since.

Happy birthday from all of us in Canada. Kim and I are both managing to run in the cold conditions - in fact, I did a lovely 16 km run on the weekend and it was a magnificent day with -5 degree temperatures and blue skies!
