It poured and poured here at Broulee - and I managed a nice, easy long run on my own - everyone else stayed in the warmth of their bed !!!! I had to get the last long run in as I'm heading off to Japan in 2 hours ................ yippeeee. See you all when I return :)
Reminder that after the long weekend - the starting time for the Broulee Runners will be 5pm on a Wednesday.
