Wonderful morning and a wonderful idea Nev - breach sprints at Broulee Beach for the interval group. The session consisted of 6 x 500 metre intervals. Nice and consistent running was the focus of today's session. See you next week for hill runs :(

hellish hills
Nev took us to the hill close to South Broulee Beach for this morning's interval session. Whilst that hill isn't as steep as the image below, by the 8th repeat, it certainly felt that way.
The image below is of the world's steepest street - Baldwin Street, which is in Dunedin, New Zealand.
Thanks Nev for keeping us 'on our toes'.
See you all tomorrow night at Wednesday's run.

Came in handy having the design engineer of Captain Oldrey Park with our interval group this morning - thanks Ross! 6 x 400 metre intervals was the plan from Nev, who is in Canberra - we missed you Nev and thanks for leaving us with yet another tough workout - we'll get you back.
Well done to everyone for making it through the session and not complaining.
See you all Wednesday night.
