5 km run: Robert Beardsmore - 20.25, Nev Madden - 22.57, Dave Connaughton - 23.35, Taryn Carver - 24.53 (PB), Kim Pidcock - 25.04, Mike Kennedy - 26.10, Deb Connaughton - 28.19.

Special farewell to Robert, who is returning to England - safe travels home :)
