Thank you again to Nev for organising the speed sessions each Tuesday. This week was a fartlek session - just to "keep us on our toes" (thanks Nev for that!) It's quite obvious that we're all getting stronger as the weeks progress. Next Tuesday there will be no speed session - due to the lead up to the WESTON CREEK HALF .... good luck to Mike, Nev and Liza - we'll keep you posted on the results of that.
