Three Personal Bests this week well done once again to Klaye and Sean continuing to improve every week.  A special mention must go to Dan who was trying to get under 20 min and even though got a PB of 30 sec, ran 20.01 so missed out by 2 seconds of going under the 20, there is always next week.

Some very impressive results this week we had 10 personal bests, Georgia Norman with a 53 sec PB, Justin Loutitt with 51 sec PB and Klaye Van Weerdenburg with a 36 sec PB were some of the big runs that were completed.

With the afternoons now being shorter we will revert to the 4.30 pm start from next week. Come join us for a friendly bit of excersise. All welcome.
