C2Surf 2012

The Connaughton's are competing in their first ever C2Surf this year - Deb, Dave and Paige!  Training is going well for them, with Dave's recent PB over the 5 km course.  Great run from Deb tonight too.   Ross will be competing once again - any one else who is planning on taking part, entries open soon!
